Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes permitted and prohibited uses of Vantage Proxies services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference.

Vantage Proxies services are designed for lawful purposes including:

• Web scraping and data collection for market research and business intelligence
• Price monitoring and competitive analysis
• Ad verification and brand protection
• SEO monitoring and SERP tracking
• Social media monitoring and analytics
• Travel fare aggregation and comparison
• Online privacy and anonymization for lawful browsing
• Software testing and quality assurance
• Automated purchasing for personal use (sneakers, limited-edition items)
• Academic and security research

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of service of any websites you access through our proxies.

3.1 Illegal Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or impersonation of any person or entity
• Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data (hacking)
• Distribution of child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or related activities
• Drug trafficking or any illegal commerce
• Facilitating or planning acts of terrorism or violence

3.2 Network Abuse

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or any activity that disrupts network services
• Port scanning, network probing, or vulnerability testing without explicit authorization
• Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized account access attempts
• Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities in third-party systems
• Circumventing technical measures in ways that violate the CFAA or similar laws

3.3 Harmful Activities

• Harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation of any individual or group
• Unauthorized collection of personal data (doxxing)
• Manipulation of financial markets or insider trading
• Copyright infringement or violation of intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized resale or subletting of proxy credentials
• Any activity that could damage the reputation or operations of Vantage Proxies

3.4 Compliance and Business Protection

• Use of the Services in violation of U.S. or international economic sanctions, export control laws, or trade regulations, including but not limited to OFAC sanctions. By using the Services, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to such sanctions, and that you are not listed on any government sanctions or denied-persons list.
• Collection, processing, or transmission of personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.
• Discrimination, hate speech, or content targeting any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
• Falsely implying endorsement by, affiliation with, or partnership with Vantage Proxies, or representing yourself as authorized to speak on our behalf.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or infrastructure of the Services.
• Using the Services or the IP addresses provisioned through them to build, operate, or promote a service that competes with Vantage Proxies, or to assist any third party in doing so.
• Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with security features, access controls, or content restrictions of the Services or of any third party accessed through the Services in a manner that violates applicable law.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and proxy credentials. You must not share your credentials with others. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at support@vantageproxies.com.

When using our proxies to access third-party websites or services, you are responsible for complying with those services' terms of service. Vantage Proxies does not endorse or assume responsibility for how customers use our services.

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@vantageproxies.com. Include as much detail as possible, including timestamps, IP addresses, and a description of the activity. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Vantage Proxies reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Upon confirmation of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account and proxy access
• Permanently terminate your account without refund
• Report the activity to law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate with legal investigations and provide information as required by law

We reserve the sole right to determine whether a violation has occurred. Our failure to enforce this AUP on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Any attempt to engage in prohibited activity, whether successful or not, constitutes a violation of this AUP. Vantage Proxies may act on suspected violations immediately, without prior notice, and without limiting any other rights or remedies available under law.
